Storage Shed is still on hold.

Old Business:
Grates around Trees on Main Street - Larry will check with the City to see if they will help cut them out.
Keough Fournier - Tried contacting Melissa Sandvick about a plaque, hasn't returned our calls.  Heather will call Sharples Jewlery to see if they will engrave a plaque for the Chamber.  JM Donovan otherwise.

New Business:
Chinook PTO - October 22nd having Harlem Ambassadors - Globetrotters - so sign is on hold at this point in time.  Tickets are available at all 3 Pharmacy's.  Would like to set up a table and sell tickets at the festival - chamber agreed that would be fine.

All Class Reunion Breakfast - Reunion Committee would like to know if the Chamber would be willing to do a breakfast, agreed that it would be a good fundraiser for us.  Decided on Pancakes, Link Sausage, Eggs, & Juice for possibly $7.00/plate.  Lynne Moved to accept, Frank 2nd.  Will decide on price further at the next meeting.  Also, Chuck would like to know if the Chamber would be willing to sell bracelets for the dance at the reunion - decided to table that idea until the next meeting too.

Russell Country Advertising - Bonnie Moved to put the ad in the magazine - Price went up to $960.00 - Lynne 2nd - Voted on Unanimous.  Would like to change ad up a little.  Heather will handle.

SBA Awards Nominations - Kelcey Diemert will handle - numerous categories, need to have nominated by October 31st.

Sugarbeet Festival:

King/Queen Contest - There will not be a king/queen contest this year the festival - just Marshalls of the Parade.

Sugarbeets - Chuck to pick them up before the festival.

BBQ - Planning for 500 people - $7 for adults and $5 kids under 12.

Vendors - Lynne has $180 in Vendor Sales so far - she is having them at the Motor Inn if they would like to be inside, otherwise, outside on the streets anywhere.   Time has been changed to 10 a.m.

Festival T-Shirts are available at the Pharmacy and at Shores .  $8.00 to businesses and $12.00 to individuals.

There is $7705.32 in the Wells Fargo Checking Account
There is $2,734.03 in the Water Tower Fund
