Visitors Center:  Barry Murnion has agreed to an amount of $150 per month and can be ready to go by the Sugarbeet Festival.  It was moved and 2nd by Max and Bonnie to accept the motion of renting/leasing a portion of the L & L Pizza Building for $150 a month - Discussion was held - none.  It was voted on unanimously and Heather will notify Barry of the lease and schedule a special officer meeting to go over the terms of the lease.   Someday, we would like to see a monitor with presentation of advertisements at the visitors center showcasing events and businesses or things to do.

Bear Paw Roundup Concessions - held a profit of $720 to the Chamber after all expenses were paid and split equally with the Roundup group.  Thank You’s to those involved were sent and done.

Signs on Outskirts of Town - A committee has been set to work on getting updates on the signage outside of Chinook.  Chuck Hewitt, Max Hofeldt and Kelcey Diemert will be getting information on what we need to do to update these signs.  Heather will work on a design to send to Montana Sign Company for an estimate.
