NEW BUSINESS

CTEP FUNDS - Krystal Steinmetz was a guest speaker at this meeting.  She asked the Chambers Goals and spoke about CTEP funds and what they can do for the community.  As of right now, the City of Chinook has 58,000. In funds to be allocated at a 13.42% match.  Projects that are eligible are:  Sidewalks, welcome signs, information centers, etc.  CTEP must pay Davis Bacon Wages and allow for 8-15% for an engieneer.  We decided to table until January and hold a special meeting.  Krystal had great things to tell us and Bear Paw Development will be instrumental in securing these funds.  She needs the information from us on the projects that we have in mind to get started on them.

Memberships - Heather brought samples of our membership plaques from All Awards in Lewistown and we agreed to do the horizontal one - and will order them as they start to trickle in.  Full members only - associates receive membership sheet.  Max moved and Heather 2nd.  Voted on Unanimous.

Raffle - Received bids from local businesses:
B & L Mechanics - $4990 for a 2009 400 auto 4x4 red in color.
Precision - Chose not to bid
Jamieson Motors - Chose not to bid
Tilleman Motor Co. - $4749 for a 2009 366cc automatic 4x4.
